La Madrugada, c’est cet instant, juste avant le lever du Soleil. Encore caché par l’horizon, sa lumière nous parvient, dans le silence coloré du matin. Certaines étoiles persistent, dans une rougeoyante fraîcheur…
La Madrugada, c’est le titre du spectacle et de l’album avec lesquels Mandy Lerouge nous emmène en Argentine. Loin de Buenos Aires et du tango, vers le nord du pays, sur les terres du peuple Guaraní, des Quechuas et des gauchos, entre terre rouge, fleuves impétueux, jungle humide et pampa sauvage.
Une invitation au voyage, à la rencontre des grands auteurs et compositeurs argentins (Atahualpa Yupanqui, Ramón Ayala, Cuchi Leguizamón), à la découverte des scènes de vie, des paysages et des rythmes de la Chacarera, de la Zamba et du Chamamé. Un répertoire issu de la grande tradition argentine, arrangé avec élégance, sobriété et une touche de modernité par le pianiste et compositeur argentin Lalo Zanelli (Gotan Project, François Béranger, Melingo, Daniel Mille, Pierre Bertrand, Minino Garay).
